By registering an account on Cookyx.com, you agree to these terms of service.I. Availability
Cookyx.com is trying to be available to you as much as possible. Cookxy's availability cannot be guaranteed. Cookyx will not be held liable for any consequences of any outages that may occur.
II. Multiple Accounts
By registering an account, you will agree that you will stick to that one (1) account. You will also agree that you will not write any false information upon registering.
III. Privacy
Cookyx administration agrees that we will not share your information within your account with any third party for any reason without your consent, unless required by law.
IV. Cheating
You agree that you will not coerce, attempt to coerce, force, or attempt to force, users, guests, and others alike to give you cookies. This is accountable for cheating. You agree that all your cookie givers have given their consent of giving you your cookie. Any attempts to bypass the filter to give yourself cookies is prohibited and immediate grounds for ban.
V. Idle Account
You agree that if your account not been active for a certain time (as specified by an administrator), your account can be subject to deletion. That way, other guests, can take that username.
VI. Edits
This terms of agreement may be edited at any given time without prior consent or announcement.
VII. Linking back to Sites
All of the sites, you own/edit/manage/direct, have a clear visible link back to Cookyx.com. If not, your account signature privilages will be suspended until a link is added. Execeptions are social networking sites like YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, etc...
